Our story

In April 2020 I found out that my 5th child had severe food allergies.
When realizing that he was going

to need special food accommodation when he eats for his safety and with a long family tradition for healthy, farm to table, artistic culinary experiences in every meal... Tertulia Gourmet was born! Tertulia is a Spanish word associated with the delicious, never ending conversation around the table.The term Tertulia is also used for groups of people who meet to talk about current affairs informally , also used to refer to gatherings.In early 20th Century Spain tertulias literarias were much in vogue, and critics and writers would meet to discuss the literary issues of the day in places such as the famous Café Gijón.
